Serves: 10
Divide blueberries evenly into 10 small dessert cups.
Mix sweetened condensed coconut milk, whipped topping, lemon juice, and orange zest together in a large mixing bowl. Whisk well.
Whisk in orange juice. Pour or spoon the mousse equally into the dessert cups, over the blueberries.
Top each cup with a few reserved blueberries and a sprinkle of reserved orange zest.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 3 hours. Serve.
